Shipping policy

The average shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 8–15 business days

Please note that the processing time is not included here. Usually, it takes 1–4 business days until an order is processed. Exceptions apply in the holiday season.

Order Status

  • Due to the volume of orders we process, we are generally unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed — especially on launch days. This does not affect any cancellation or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for customers in the European Union and United Kingdom (see our Return & Exchange Policy).
  • All orders come with shipping and tracking information! Please check your email for updates.
  • Orders sent to remote locations in areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, etc. are likely to arrive outside our average shipping times.
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking to be updated.
  • We advise you to sign up for email and/or SMS notifications through the final tracking information to ensure you receive real-time updates on your package's last location.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs, duties, or taxes.
  • If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or your package appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at support@meritandmain.com and we will work with you to investigate and find a resolution. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout that are subsequently stolen, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
  • Items in bundles may ship separately due to different shipping methods or weight.

Business/Commercial Addresses

If a package is going to a business/commercial address, a person's first and last name must be in the Address Line 1 field, or the package will be held for verification that it is being sent to an individual, not a business.

Import Taxes & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
