Refund policy

USA & Canada Returns

We offer a limited return window for orders delivered within the United States and Canada. Orders delivered to Canada follow the same terms as USA orders. Please review the following terms carefully before requesting a return.

0–7 Days After Delivery Items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. The refund will be reduced by a 10% processing/restocking fee per returned item. Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping label.

8–10 Days After Delivery Items are eligible for store credit only. The store credit will be reduced by a 10% processing/restocking fee per returned item. Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping label.

More Than 10 Days After Delivery Returns and exchanges are not accepted for items more than 10 days after delivery, except as required by law or as described in the 100-Day Guarantee section below.

Sale and Discounted Items (USA & Canada) All sale and discounted items shipped within the United States or Canada are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit. This does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items — see our 100-Day Guarantee below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at support@meritandmain.com. Do not send an item back before your return request has been approved and you have received return instructions, as unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.

100-Day Guarantee — Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Customers worldwide are covered by our 100-Day Guarantee: if your item is defective in any way within 100 days of delivery, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Please contact us at support@meritandmain.com with your order number and photos of the issue. This guarantee applies to all orders — including sale and discounted items and international orders — and no restocking fee applies.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method at no cost to you, including return shipping if a return is required.

The 100-Day Guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law, including statutory warranties and consumer guarantees.

International Returns

Due to international shipping costs, tariffs, taxes, and customs-related expenses, we do not offer voluntary (change-of-mind) returns or exchanges for international orders outside the United States and Canada, except where required by law, including for customers in the European Union and United Kingdom as described below.

Discount Accommodation As a courtesy, international customers whose order was delivered within the past 10 days may contact us regarding a one-time 50% discount code toward a future purchase, offered at our discretion in lieu of a return. This accommodation is in addition to, and does not replace, any rights you have under applicable law.

European Union & United Kingdom — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. This right applies to all items, including sale and discounted items.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@meritandmain.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, along with your order number. You then have 14 days from notifying us to ship the items back. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items should be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You may inspect the items as you would in a store; we may reduce your refund only to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned items (or proof of return shipment), and will include the original standard shipping cost. No restocking fee applies to EU or UK withdrawal-period returns.

Exchanges

For USA and Canada orders eligible within the applicable return window, customers may request an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the 10% processing/restocking fee may apply.

For international orders, we do not offer exchanges. EU and UK customers may instead exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal described above and place a new order.

Refunds

For eligible USA and Canada returns submitted within 0–7 days after delivery, we will process the approved refund to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will be reduced by the applicable 10% processing/restocking fee per returned item.

For EU and UK withdrawal-period returns, refunds are processed as described in the EU & UK section above.

Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional processing time after the refund has been issued.
